From the open-concept living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, to the comfortable couches perched in front of the fireplace, you won’t need to step outside. Unless you’d prefer to take in the incredible mountain views or enjoy a soak in your private hot tub. The Latitude 38 by Property Manager Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Property Manager, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. There is an onsite property caretaker with a private entrance. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
