Exclusive and spacious 140sqm apartment is located on the second floor of an elegant building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled, only 2 people can enter at the same time). The Esquilino district is in the city center, near the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, Colle Oppio Park, Domus Aurea, Imperial Forums, Basilica San Giovanni and a stone’s throw from the Monti district with bars, pubs and disco pubs....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement.
- To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma.
- We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

- The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.
- Smoking is forbidden (our apartments are entirely smoke-free).
