External Description
Charming suite located in the Tuscan countryside, precisely in Valdambra, a few km from Arezzo, and on the border with the Chianti area.
You will find a private entrance with garden, parking and outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The property also boasts a beautiful pool (14 x 7 m), surrounded by nature and equipped with external shower, gazebo and sun loungers. The pool is provided with an electric locking system, and guests can open and close it as they please.
Internal Description
The suite is set on the ground floor on one single level, and can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first floor of the property is closed and empty, therefore the garden and the pool are exclusively available for customers.
There is also a double sofa bed + 1 extra single bed to be used if necessary. Air conditioning (split units) is available in both the living room and the bedrooms. Small pets are allowed on request. Internet Wifi is available.
The property is provided with an automatic locking system activating by a switch inside the house.
In the suite you will find: a bright living room with 2 sofas, tv, stereo and 1 portable air conditioner; an open space with large dining table, sofas, desk and large French window; a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher.
