The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled. To access it, you have to go up 3 steps. In 70 square meters of space, it accommodates 2 people. We are close to the Zucca park. Also a short distance from the railway station and the fair! It is possible to park in front of the entrance of the condominium on via Magenta and in all the neighboring areas on the street on paid blue stripes.
LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa and television, kitchen equipped with moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and traditional oven.
BATHROOM. Bathtub with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free unlimited Wifi, split air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, iron and clothesline.
All guests’ IDs must be shown upon check-in as required by the Italian law.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
