THE SPACE An open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar is well equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with those perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a marble-topped dining table for 6 and seating at the bar for 3. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the wide, open living area and den where there is also comfortable seating and 65" TV. A cozy den offers a comfortable futon sofa bed for 1 and smart TV. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink while watching the sunset or the seasonal fireworks from The Ritz Carlton Hotel or SeaWorld across the lake. BED & BATH This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping on new, quality pillow-top mattresses and top linens - plus a queen sofa bed in the den. The master suite has a super comfy king bed, vast en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The guest wing also has a king room. Both king rooms have a Tommy Bahama island feel with dark woods and rattan (and sumptuous 16" Sealy Posturepedic Euro-Plush mattresses). A further guest room offers 2 double beds. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community from Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma’s Cafe, and Half Barrel’s Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth’s Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only).
