A few minutes away from the villa you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery shop. Aliki is located on the southwest corner of Paros island and has recently developed into a self-contained village. Together with places to eat and drink. Due, for the most part to the sea’s sandy bottom which drops off very gently from the shore, Faragas beach provides the perfect family beach with all the necessary amenities.
Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room with sofas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. In between there is also a dining area. At this level, is also located a bedroom with double bed and sea view, a second bedroom with twin beds that become a double bed upon request, a bathtub bathroom and a guest WC. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
