Charming country house in an unbeatable location, close to both Pollença village and Port de Pollença, as well as to several fantastic beaches. The area is quiet and relaxed and the garden surrounding the house is well kept and nice. The decoration is typical Mallorcan and you will find the house inviting and comfortable. There is a spacious living/dining room with high ceilings and wooden beams, adding a rustique touch to the house. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional, connected to the dining room. Both double bedrooms are light and nice. There is also a bathroom and a small loft, usually used as a cozy reading corner. There is a covered terrace with dining area outside, overlooking the garden and pool area, ideal for lazy hours or long, outdoor summer meals.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
