Bathroom Bay Front Premium Corner Suites (942 sq. ft.) are corner units
equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom with a master bath, a queen bed
in the second bedroom and a guest bath. A combination living/dining area and a
full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and
cooking utensils plus an in-suite stack washer and dryer. All suites will
include premium bedding, climate control central air and ceiling fans and
complimentary Wi-Fi to provide you and your family with all of the comforts and
conveniences of home while also enjoying the private balcony overlooking the

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- All guests must be 25 or older to check in.
- Our property has business hours of 9AM to 9PM daily. Please contact the property directly to request a later arrival if you will be later than 9PM Eastern time.
- We do allow dogs, but we are HOA restricted, so please contact the property directly. We charge a $100.00 dog fee, non-refundable.
- One assigned parking pass per reservation. No additional parking is available, however metered lots are available nearby. No box trucks or trailers.
