This is recently restored stone villa with an outdoor swimming pool. It is located in a quiet small village Slivnica Donja , 20 km from Zadar and 5 km from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, every room with TV and air conditioning (for 6 persons), 2,5 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor grill.
With a touch of nostalgia and history offers all the comfort necessary for modern man. You will be greeted by a spacious courtyard with big playground for children, beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers and covered area with barbecue and place to eat. In addition to the pool villa also offers bocce field. Everything is enclosed by wall so you will enjoy in total privacy.
The interior of this old Dalmatian house will really amaze you. The whole house is covered with exposed stone walls and old ceiling beams and wooden floors. Combination of modern simplicity and rustic details will leave you breathless.
