Our villa is located in a small charming village called Dračevac Ninski, just 17 km from center of old town Zadar. Villa is close to shops, restaurants and a lot of beaches.
It is surrounded by 4 National parks.
Exterior of the house is amazing. You will enjoy in large garden with a lot of olive trees and vineyards. Also there is a heating swimming pool with massage system, barbecue and playground for traditional dalmatian game called boccie. The property is surrounded by walls so you will have total privacy. Besides that villa is on a secluded place with vineyards and olives all around so you will feel united with nature.
Interior is decorated in old rustic style and equipped with a lot of old priceless details. On the ground floor is rustic kitchen, 2 bathroom and 2 bedroom. One bedroom is overlooking directly on the pool. On the first floor is balcony with amazing view on whole property and nature. Also there is one bedroom and one bathroom.
We recommend our villa for people who wanna feel old Dalmatian lifestyle and in the same time enjoy in peacefully place that is isolated from people and traffic. Also within few minutes You will enjoy in crystal clear sea :)
