This completely new and tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th and last floor of an old building, without elevator. The climb is easy, at the cost of tranquility and a magnificent view of St Bruno Church, Lyon and Fourvière.
It consists of an equipped kitchenette opening onto a living room with convertible sofa, a bathroom, a separate toilet. It has a pretty bedroom, very comfortable, with storage cupboards and a 140 cm bed. You can also sleep with a double bed (140 x 190) on a mezzanine for more privacy, otherwise the sofa bed in the bedroom will bring you all the necessary...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
