This cottage is located by the sea, a 5-minute walk from the superb Guimorais beach.
Totally tastefully restored. On the left, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cupboard under the stairs with a washing machine and a return bathroom from the beach. On the right, a very cozy lounge for your summer and winter evenings. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 3 single beds, as well as a shower room and toilet. A large hangar to park several vehicles.
2.5 km from the town of St Coulomb. Small haven of peace. 10 km from St Malo Intra Muros, and 10 km from Cancale. By the sea, superb beaches all around the house. Ideal location for visiting the whole region. 40 km from Mont St Michel.
On your arrival the beds will be made and towels provided, everything will be done to ensure that you have a very good stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
