Walkable to everything downtown Asheville, and even Biltmore Village & easy access to the world famous Biltmore Estate (must drive to enter). Less than 20 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The condo has its own private building parking garage for easy, secure & unencumbered access 24/7.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the condo is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive downtown mid-rise. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
