The holiday home is located in the trendy Soho area in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Malaga close to all the city’s attractions. The apartment was refurbished in 2016 and all the furniture is new and of high quality. The residence offers a spacious living room with a dining table for six people, a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. The living room has direct access to the charming terrace with dining table and sofa.
The apartment offers two bedrooms:
A double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x190).
There are also two lovely large bathrooms with shower.
The holiday home is perfect for two couples or a family of four who want to stay comfortably in Malaga center. We offer air conditioning and high speed Internet.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Arrival out of schedule: 25 EUR per booking.
- Baby high chair: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 20 EUR. Max. quantity: 3.
- Late check-in past midnight: 35 EUR per booking.
