This Complex of Villas is situated in the peaceful area of Pasman island and only 100 meters from the sea and beach away.
This Complex consists of 4 villas where each features a private swimming pool and sundeck fitted with deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun. From the pool terraces, you end up in the open living rooms with no doors, for a complete feeling of freedom.
The pool terraces and living rooms are an excellent gathering point for families to spend quality time together. Each villa has also a gas grill where you can prepare specialties and enjoy them on the terraces.
Each villa is on the ground floor, there are no stairs or barriers, so they are suitable for the disabled.
Inside each villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds, and all bathrooms have a shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
