This impressive 4-bedroom holiday villa is immersed in the green hills of the Istrian village, on a large privately own estate.
The opulent Villa Luxury Retreat extends over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with cozy seating, and a fireplace. In addition, there is a tavern with a second fireplace.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the rest of the three bedrooms is on the second floor. Each of them has a private bathroom with a shower.
The large outdoor patio includes a heatable pool (heating of the pool is charged extra 250 € per week). Besides, there is an outdoor dining table with a covered terrace and grill facilities.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
