The Villa is located some 5 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, in a small bay Lozica.
The luxury villa boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can be a perfect accommodation for up to 10 persons. It consists of 2 parts, the main part, and the annex part. From each part of the stone mansion, you can enjoy the stunning sea views.
The estate boasts 2 floors. The ground floor is meant to be a relaxation zone. It has a terrace-set pool of 18 m2 equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas. This terrace is the highlight of the plot. Here you can wine and dine, in the peaceful shade of the lush Mediterranean greenery, with a breathtaking sea view.
On the first floor, there is a spacious and modern living room with a large sofa and carefully picked artistic paintings. Here you see a mixture of ancient and modern. The whole villa oozes elegance with beautiful pieces of art.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
