Standing alone on a hilltop just outside the small village of Kato Valsamonero, with outstandingly beautiful rural views. Set within a mature garden this is a very peaceful environment to lounge by the pool and listen to the birdsong. This lovely two bedroom villa is very comfortable and spacious. Ample facilities for spending days doing just absolutely nothing but if the need to explore does take over then it’s only a short drive to the nearby villages or to Rethymnon to wander through the narrow alleyways or visit the castle which stands above it.

Tiny Kato Valsamonero has no facilities to speak of but there’s a minimarket just 4 kms away in Agios Antonis plus a taverna owned by a relative of the owner this villa, who obligingly is more than happy to deliver a beautiful taverna meal to your door on request. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
