THE SPACE The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60” smart TV and large dining area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The den offers a sofa bed and a full size desk with ink jet printer (you will need to supply ink/paper if empty). Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. BED & BATH There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed with brand new Beauty Rest pillow top mattress, a 45” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screen WC. The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two double beds in the other, all with flat screen TVs. and a family bathroom.
