Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
THE SPACE
This condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. Recently upgraded with new floors and paint throughout and new seating area. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our huge dining table with fabulous views (also ideal as a boardroom table). The den is a quiet corner to relax with a book and offers a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
