The origins of the clifftop church date back to the nineteenth century. There are some gorgeous beaches close by including Cala des Cubells, Ses Bouquets and Cala Llentrisca and a little further away Es Torrent, Porroig and Cala Jondal. Es Cubells is the start of Ibiza’s prestigious ‘golden mile’ which runs to Porroig. It is a much sought after destination.

Despite its tiny size, the special clifftop location affords this village a unique charm and the most spectacular sea views. The origins of the clifftop church date back to the nineteenth century. It is a much sought after destination.   Casa Castel looks like an imposing modern fortress with magnificent double-height windows and warming honey-coloured stone and render. It is seriously impressive. The plot is fantastic with huge lawns, a rustic flagged terrace and lush, tree-filled gardens. Behind the villa, dark forests of fragrant pines creep up the craggy hillsides, and in front, there are breathtaking stretches of shimmering Mediterranean sea. Quality sun loungers and daybeds deck the grassy banks of lawn surrounding the pool together with mature trees offering some dappled shade. You can relax poolside under the shady canopy of the gazebo or soak up the glorious Ibizan sunshine, topping up your tan. You certainly feel away from it all at this secluded, private villa.   The raised terrace is home to a relaxed dining and lounge scene with colourful seating arrangements. A second alfresco dining space is located alongside the kitchen, to the side of the villa. There are low cushions and lots of options for lazing and admiring the splendid views.   The striking living space is double-height and open plan. The room glows with the warm tones of the walls and accessories. There is a fabulous, rustic dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the bohemian vibe continues though into the three bedrooms. The master suite boasts a feature bathroom, a fireplace, kingsize bed and two terraces. The second double also benefits from a private terrace and ensuite bathroom. It has a queen-size bed and it very charming. The third bedrooms offer twin beds, a private terrace, ensuite bathroom and a lounge area with a daybed that could accommodate an extra person if desired.   Casa Castell is certainly a little different from your average contemporary villa. It oozes warm and happy vibes with its bohemian charm.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • Security deposit : €3,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

  • End of stay cleaning included? : Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
  • Linen & towels included? : Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
  • Energy costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
  • Heating costs included? : Yes, included in the rental price.
  • Internet access? : Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.
  • Minimum stay : 7 nights
  • Changeover day : Saturday.
  • Pets welcome? : Not allowed.
  • Smoking Allowed? : Not permitted.
  • Tax : Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
  • Insurance : Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
