The apartment with a surface area of 65m2, is located on the third floor without elevator.

There are two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen size bed and a bathtub, the other with two single beds.
This accommodation can be coupled with the Orwell apartment in order to privatize the 3rd floor, allowing to accommodate up to 10 people.
The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will allow you a very comfortable stays from a few days to several months.
You have free Wi-Fi access and we provide bed linen, towels and tea towels. Your accommodation is clean and your bed prepared on arrival.

Located close to the old Saint Etienne theater, the place des Lices and Saint Anne and the convent of the Jacobins, you will have the privilege to stay close to the most important places of the city. Ideally located, a multitude of choices is possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theater... You won’t have time to get bored!
A few minutes walk away, you will find the Lices market, a real institution in Rennes. Every Saturday morning, it welcomes local producers as well as many craftsmen of the food trade.
For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.
