The Sunset apartment is located in the middle of Avenida de Zurriola, the street that gives its name to the Gros beach and a privileged place in the city of San Sebastián. Also from Sunset, a beautiful walk along the sea leads directly to the Old Town and the city center. In any case, Gros is an animated neighborhood with all kinds of shops and restaurants and once you are familiarized with it, you will not want to leave.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a recently restored beautiful rationalist design building. It is one of the most emblematic buildings of the Gros district.
From its terrace you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the beach and beautiful sunsets.
The Sunset apartment has been decorated by our interior designers in 2019. It has a beautiful dining room with a large window, from which you can behold the beautiful view of the Cantabrian Sea.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
