Located on a lively pedestrian street in the Gros area, the apartment is surrounded by small local shops and some of the best restaurants and pintxo bars in the city. A hundred meters away is Zurriola Beach and the Kursaal Conference Center and, just by crossing the river, a pleasant walk leads us to the Old Town and the Center. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, it has capacity for up to five people and has three beautiful double bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with a shower. Two of the rooms face outside, share a balcony and have two single beds each. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The dining room opens onto a modern kitchen and a spacious living room, which stands out for its exquisite decoration and its beautiful viewpoint with a large window. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and complete kitchenware.
