The Home
The apartment is in the Marimanha building, a complex located at the foot of the slopes of Baqueira Beret, in the area known as the Baqueira 1500 core. This is an area where we find all kinds of services, such as shops, bars and restaurants, rentals, etc... The access to the slopes is very easy and is made through the cable car that is a step away from the building.
The flat has been completely refurbished and equipped in 2020. It has a spacious day area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large dining table and a living area with comfortable sofas and a 50-inch Smart TV. From the large windows in the living room you can enjoy fantastic views over Val de Ruda with the spectacular Saburedo in the background.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
