The apartment is in the Marimanha building, a complex located at the foot of the slopes of Baqueira Beret, in the area known as the Baqueira 1500 core. This is an area where we find all kinds of services, such as shops, bars and restaurants, rentals, etc... The access to the slopes is very easy and is made through the cable car that is a step away from the building.
The flat has been completely refurbished and equipped in 2020. It has a spacious day area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large dining table and a living area with comfortable sofas and a 50-inch Smart TV. From the large windows in the living room you can enjoy fantastic views over Val de Ruda with the spectacular Saburedo in the background.
The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people in its five bedrooms. The flat has two suite rooms, both equipped with double bed, television and full bathrooms. It also has three rooms with bunk beds and two complete bathrooms.
The apartment has two parking spaces, one on the ground floor of the same building and the other in the Val de Ruda car park. The ski lockers are in the same building and the access to the slopes is very quick and easy.
