This house is located in the heart of the village of Rothéneuf, next to one of the best bakeries in Saint-Malo, a stone’s throw from the superb beach of Havre de Rothéneuf.

Completely restored, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with TV lounge, open kitchen living room equipped with an oven, hotplates, a dishwasher, a nespresso machine, an electric kettle, everything you need to cook.

The bay windows allow access to a private courtyard, with a large dining table, deckchairs for a nap, all not overlooked.

On the second floor, an attic bedroom, with 2 beds that can be put together to make a double bed, and a bathroom with WC.
