Pretty 19th century village house entirely renovated and located in Isles-lès-Villenoy in Seine et Marne, on the banks of the Marne river, 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe (shopping center). You will be able to enjoy this house with your family and friends in a quiet countryside location, all while being close to the city and its shops! The house is composed of a living room and a lounge area connecting a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has been furnished with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed and a foldable crib. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub is available on the first floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
