Lovely Villa with Swimming Pool near Disney Parks
The Home
With more than 3400 square feet of living space, this villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Located in a gated resort 10 minutes from the Disney Parks, guests staying here have use of the clubhouse and its amenities. Interstate 4 is close by and will get you to Universal Studios in 20 minutes or so.
The accommodation is on two floors and features in the villa include a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances which leads to the open plan living room and doors to the pool deck. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are located downstairs including the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
This lovely home benefits from a south facing pool with a spill over spa and is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. Grab a book or snooze on a sun lounger, you’re on holiday after all! The deck has a shaded area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal if desired.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- End of stay cleaning included? : Stays under 5 nights require a $145 cleaning fee, to be paid at time of booking
- Smoking Allowed? : No smoking inside the villa
- Insurance : It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property
- Minimum stay : 4 - 7 nights
- Tax : Included in the rental price
- Internet access? : Wi-Fi connection included
- Pool heating charge? : Not included in the rental price, $252 per week, to be paid at time of booking
