The Home
In a high standing safe building. Perfect for delegates (2 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals) and tourists (3 min walk to the beach). This 3 bedrooms apartment of 145 m², is located on the 5th floor (lift), is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and a magnificent view on the city of Cannes.
- Maximum capacity: 6 people. One big bedroom (with king-size bed or twin beds) a bathroom and dressing.
- 2 other bedrooms smaller but still comfortable with a bathroom, wardrobe and TV each.
- All of them are equipped with the air conditioning. There is also a big living room with an important kitchen well equipped, a table and a comfy lounge with TV, printer WIFI and balcony access.
Additional equipment at your disposal: iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack / dryer, hairdryer, suitcase holder, etc. Very quiet and well situated you will fully take advantages of Cannes.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
