Our apartment is situated in a beautiful building, boasting a modern living space outfitted with everything you will need for a lovely stay in Florida. It boasts rooms with exquisite original features paired with modern touches. The living room features a sumptuous sofa with throw pillows and a smart TV with streaming services. There’s a small dining area with a table set that can seat up to four people.
The kitchen is the perfect setting to rustle up delicious meals. It features a wide range of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s also a coffee machine with a choice of capsules and pods available for your morning coffee. There’s a small corner space right beside the kitchen, fitted with a washer & dryer for laundry.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • A penalty fee of $150 for any damaged or unreturned keys, fobs or parking passes we provide.
- • No smoking
- • No pets
- • No parties or events
- • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
- • Late check out fee is the base rate price for the day and charged automatically after 12pm
- • Tampering with any devices including smoke detectors will result in a $500 fine
- • No sending of deliveries or packages to the unit.
