Guests will step out onto the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. The balcony view is a perfect one for watching the newly developed Beach in front of Seascape. Guests can also see the lifeguard station at the beach, and umbrellas dotting the shoreline. The view cannot be any better than this! Seascape Condominiums are close to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, the golf course, park for the children to play and the alluring Galveston west attractions.
Seascape has a heated outdoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, seaside swings, observation deck, Seaside BBQ & Picnic area. Park the car (2 limit please) and guests can walk to many attractions in the vicinity.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guest must observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Beach towels are not included so please do not take unit towels to the beaches, no pets allowed, must have at least one person age 21 and older at all times in the unit. Do not remove anything form the units as they are individually owned. One Parking Permit per Condo guaranteed- Secondary by availability and issued on first come first serve basis until they run out.
