Forest Trails #28 is a comfortable three bedroom, three bathroom, three level townhome located in the Upper Village just behind the Four Seasons Resort Whistler. The restaurants and shops of the Upper Village and the slopes of Blackcomb are only a short 7-minute walk away. Conveniently, the free shuttle to Whistler Village and the base of both mountains stops outside the Forest Trails complex. The home has recently been re-carpeted and features a new BBQ. This property is pet friendly - conditions and an additional cleaning fee apply.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No smoking is permitted in the unit including on the balcony or in any outdoor spaces.
- One pet is allowed - additional charges will apply.
- Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
