We offer our lovely country style home, 200 sqm. by the beach. We are Looking for guests who can treat the place as their home, love life and know to appreciate the barefoot living and get excited by yet wild & private beaches.
The house is colorful and fun, Ideal for a family or a romantic vacation.
In a green neighborhood, 40 min away from the big city of T.A.
On the main floor:
A spacious living room and indoor dining space. A well equipped open Kitchen
A safety room with a king-size bed
A shower.
On the 1st floor there are 4 BRs:
One room is a master Br overlooking the living room with a comfortable bathroom and a tub. A walk-in closet that is full, but there are some hangers for you and an empty closet in the room for your convenience.

The Neighborhood
There's a fine Supermarket "Tiv Taam" on the main road ' next to the post office and the Bank. Another supermarket "Polizer" is 6-7 mins. by a car at 1 Ha-Shemesh st. Caesarea, (next to "Arc Cafe, "SOS Telephones" and a pharmacy).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
