The Home
There is a personal swimming pool for friends and family to use at their hearts content. If the swimming pool is not enough then there’s also a sea view to embrace.
Indoors blends seamlessly into outdoors on the expansive terraces of the main floor. The grandiose sea view is also visible from the living room and dining room. The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its fitness equipment, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower. Two of the six bedrooms are also to be found on this floor.

The location of the villa is unique and virtually unsurpassable on the island of Majorca. The south west-facing hillside plot overlooks a breathtaking sea panorama – and in good conditions you can even look over as far as Ibiza. Surrounded by nature and located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy this view in complete tranquillity and privacy. However, the beach or the centre of Port d’Andratx are only a few minutes away.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
