Stoneridge #27 is a slopeside townhome with two bedrooms, two bathrooms ideally located on Blackcomb Mountain just above the Upper Village. Conveniently, Stoneridge is also on the free shuttle route or a short 10-minute walk along the Fitzsimmons Trail to the main Village and Whistler Mountain.

The entrance level features a spacious mudroom with plenty of storage for all your ski equipment. Down seven stairs is the dining area that seats six comfortably and the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Down three more steps is the open concept main living floor that features a cosy lounge area with a wood burning presto log fireplace, small flat screen TV, stereo and sliding door access to the deck with private hot tub.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No smoking is permitted in the unit including on the patio or in any outdoor spaces.
- Pets are NOT permitted. $500 fine applies.
- Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
