Welcome to Casa Elya, a house of your dreams in front of the ocean, Casa Elya is composed of three bedrooms including two king size beds, two single beds, a crib, a play-pen, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The splendid garden has a view of the ocean and a beautiful swimming pool.
Guests have access to all rooms except one room.
We highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle and/or quads for your duration of stay at Casa Elya, especially during the rainy season. The majority of your transportation will be on rutted dirt roads. These roads are mostly accessible by 4x4 and with many isolated and wild areas, an exploration vehicle is invaluable

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
