The space
Our property is a condo home that contains 1,180 sq ft and was built in 1977. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and it’s divided in two floors.
First floor when you enter there’s a 0.5 bathroom (toilet and sink only), kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso). Then you have the breakfast bar, dining table that seats...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1) Rental Agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed, via docusign.
- 2) Guests must be above the age of 25.
- 3) Parties are not permitted on the property.
- 4) The property is nonsmoking, violators will be fined.
