Azure 220 *** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. *** Azure 220 is located on the second floor, offering wonderful peaks of the Gulf of Mexico from the capacious balcony. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin-size beds along with one set of twin bunks in the additional guest bedroom. You will fall in love with the welcoming and relaxing ambiance and tasteful décor offered throughout Azure 220. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each with their own television and DVD player. The guest bath is attached to one of the guest bedrooms and is also accessible from the hall area. This bath offers a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A short distance down the hall is the master bedroom, also offering a flat-screen television and DVD player and leading into the spacious master bath. The master bath offers a double vanity, a garden tub, and large, walk-in shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the fully-equipped kitchen, leading into the dining area and living room. The kitchen boasts marble countertops along with all equipment and amenities needed to cook your own meals at home. The living room includes a flat-screen television and DVD player and leads directly to the balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and offers plenty of seating for the whole family. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination, for added comfort and convenience. This Gulf-front Mediterranean-style paradise offers an array of on-site amenities, perfect to appease every traveler. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
