Guests will be seeing red with the inviting warm touches of red throughout the living room. This retreat features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oversized granite kitchen island and the chef in the group will appreciate the upgraded stainless steel appliances. Six red leather bar stools offer additional comfort and seating. The dining room can seat six lucky guests. The living area features newly updated, oversize couches for your convenience. The living room also offers comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. There is a new 55’ smart TV above the fireplace. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
