This one bedroom apartment w/ one king bed has everything you need to enjoy your stay in downtown Indianapolis! The exterior of the building is over a century old & classic Beaux-Arts styling exists on the interior. The apt. has been updated with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops in the kitchen, includes a stackable washer/dryer & free WiFi!
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV’s with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed.
