Here you can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, dine together at the breakfast bar and the adjacent table, and then kick back and relax in the sunlit living area with a huge 70” Samsung LED UHD Smart TV. For more privacy, stream a favorite show in the main bedroom on the 58’ smart TV. Or step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the view while you sip morning coffee or close out the day with an evening cocktail. Enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and a fitness room.
This condo was recently completely renovated from the ground up. Renovations include all new furniture and appliances, new flooring and granite countertops, new vanities and bathrooms, all new paint and doors as well as new outdoor furniture featuring Polywood. Additionally, the guest bedroom now has a new 50-inch smart TV.
The waterfront Sea Oats complex offers private beach access and a shared, outdoor pool with a view of the Gulf. The remodeled tennis and pickleball courts serve as an additional way to enjoy the outdoors and feature a keypad lock for extra security. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is just down the road, as are several dining options, beach shops, and family-friendly attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, featuring dolphin encounters plus shows with sharks and rays, just a half-mile east.
