A convenient gate at the top of the stairs can close off the deck. The fireplace is the only heater in the home’s upstairs and space heaters are available for all three bedrooms. There is no central heat. The outside deck heater uses a propane fuel tank; if it fails to light, please contact the owner who can assist. *Please note that this home has a living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and full bath upstairs, and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The stairway is outside. There is no indoor access to the downstairs. **Please note that a dark, windy, sometimes-one-lane road leads up to the cabin. Use caution at night. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
