Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Inside this spacious, two-level vacation rental, you’ll find a sparkling chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, double wall oven, and a kegerator. Dine together or play board games at one of the indoor or outdoor tables with plenty of seating for your entire group. If it’s time for a little friendly competition, rack up the balls and shoot some pool by the gas fireplace while you watch a game on the wall-mounted TV. This home also includes a private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. Visiting golfers will want to pack their clubs and take on the 18 lakeside holes at Edgewood, only three miles south. Winter guests will appreciate being just five miles from Heavenly Resort, which offers nine lifts leading to 97 trails with a range of difficulties. And don’t forget to stop in Stateline for a little adult gaming action at the Hard Rock, Harrah’s, and Montbleu, a little over two miles away.
