Never let the water views out of sight at this third-floor vacation home featuring a 27-foot wide balcony with beautiful direct views of the ocean and the pool. Thoughtful upgrades include new flooring throughout the living spaces, a king adjustable bed in the primary suite, and a new queen bed in the guest bedroom. Unwind into vacation mode in the living room, then gather for special meals in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stainless steel oven and appliances, a dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoy three TVs and two DVD players for entertainment. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Charcoal grill -Fitness room THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in the building. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Beach service is available from March 1st through October 1st. There are no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
