Come summer, the hiking trails, fishing, and golfing nearby will keep all guests busy having fun in the sun! Things to know: Gas fireplace *This retreat has two main suites. *Dear guest, please note that there is gym equipment in the garage, including free weights. Feel free to use them at your own risk. Please note that guests will not have access to the Swim and Fitness Center (waterslide/indoor pool) or Nelson Farm Pool. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
