When everyone is ready for dinner, hop into the full kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and whip up a hearty meal for all to enjoy while reminiscing about the day’s adventures at the dining table or breakfast bar. Settle down for the night with a soak in the shared hot tub or simply relax on the large sofa as a movie plays on the TV. Perched in a perfect location next to the slopes, the skiers and snowboarders of the group will fall in love with the ski-in/out access. Plus, grabbing groceries or heading into town for a night out will be a breeze, as this home sits within a short drive of everything Telluride has to offer. Come summer, hiking, biking, and trail running are all popular activities, as there are unlimited trails to explore! Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
