Recent renovations create a comfortable and pristine space for the entire group to enjoy. Create culinary masterpieces in the sparkling new kitchen featuring new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Guests can also appreciate new flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and main living area, along with new vanities in both bathrooms. On the spacious balcony, staring the morning with sunrise coffee and end the evening with a cool beverage as you watch the waves hit the shore.
Gather in the den and watch moments turn into cherished memories. Here, a 55” smart TV, board games, and puzzles provide ample entertainment options, while a queen sleeper sofa adds much-desired sleeping space. The portacrib is perfect for families traveling with children.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, ocean views, a huge walk-in closet, a private bath with tiled walk-in shower and large vanity, and a door leading out to the balcony (a twin rollaway cot is stored in the closet for additional sleeping space). The guest bedroom features two double beds, a flatscreen TV, a large closet, and access to the remodeled hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Beautifully landscaped grounds have walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features nine tennis courts with seven clay and two Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball courts, and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf, and a children’s playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children’s pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf, and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on-site.
Outdoor storage for beach items is a bonus that makes this villa one you will want to come back to year after year, creating beautiful memories. A private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi round out this home’s essentials.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves.
