The Layout: Remodeled from top to bottom in 2018, this first-floor condo offers wonderful attention to detail, including an en suite bathroom for each of the three bedrooms, stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen, an in-home washer/dryer for your ski clothes and hiking socks, a charging panel for your devices, and a TV in each bedroom and the main living area. Enjoy two lovely decks on sunny summer days, winter nights spent playing games around the gas fireplace or the dining room table, and community access to a seasonal, heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a tennis court. This home also recently had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those extra warm summer time days extra comfortable. Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!
