Sunset Island - 32 Seaside
You’ll be right at home on your vacation! 32 Seaside Drive is a huge, lightly rented single-family home on a quiet and beautiful tree-lined street in Sunset Island. This home’s interior has been recently renovated and is just steps from the private walking/bike path that encircles the island and less than a block from a private bayfront beach (one of the three private beaches in Sunset Island). Put your feet up and relax while you’re here! Guests can enjoy two furnished balconies (with partial bay views) for outside relaxation, plus plenty of room inside for gathering with the whole family. A spacious dining room table with a full kitchen (with granite and high-end appliances) that includes a big center island makes mealtimes easy. This home has an outdoor shower and parking for three cars (one in the garage, two on the driveway). This is a home you will want to visit year after year!
Located only three blocks from the ocean, Sunset Island is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Stroll to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay within this 37-acre private community to enjoy facilities such as indoor/outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and more. All of this, and you’re still just a short trip from Ocean City Boardwalk, amusements, shopping, dining, recreational sports, and world-class golf.
